For the last six decades, the Central Government Health Scheme has been providing comprehensive medical care to the Central Government employees and pensioners enrolled under the scheme. In fact, CGHS caters to the healthcare needs of eligible beneficiaries covering all four pillars of the democratic setup in India namely Legislature, Judiciary, Executive, and Press. CGHS is the model Health care facility provider for Central Government employees & Pensioners and is unique of its kind due to the large volume of beneficiary base, and open-ended generous approach to providing health care. Departments empanelled in Meridian Hospital under CGHS for free of-cost treatment are -IVF (Assisted reproduction), Gynecology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics (Excluding transplant), Pediatrics, ENT, Physiotherapy, USG, Xray & Pathology. This service is absolutely free of cost for CGHS card holders & an exclusive helpdesk is available in the hospital for a smooth & hassle-free experience.

Under this scheme, which was launched in 2002, retired armed forces personnel and their dependents are provided health treatment in hospitals specifically empanelled under ECHS.

Departments empanelled in Meridian Hospital under ECHS for free-of-cost treatment include IVF (Assisted Reproduction), Gynecology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics (excluding transplants), Pediatrics, ENT, Physiotherapy, USG, X-ray, and Pathology. This service is absolutely free for ECHS cardholders, and an exclusive helpdesk is available in the hospital to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Ayushman Bharat, or "Healthy India," is a national initiative launched by our Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, as part of the National Health Policy 2017, in order to achieve the vision of Universal Health Coverage (UHC). This scheme, which is, in fact, a health revolution, provides more than 50 crore Indians with free treatment in government and private hospitals across the country.

Departments empanelled in Meridian Hospital under Ayushman Bharat Yojana for free-of-cost treatment include Gynecology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, ENT, Physiotherapy, USG, X-ray, and Pathology. This service is absolutely free for Ayushman cardholders, and an exclusive helpdesk is available in the hospital to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Under this scheme, a cashless medical treatment facility has been provided to government servants, retired government servants, and their dependent families in Uttar Pradesh, as per the GO dated January 7, 2022, issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. This facility is available in all private and government hospitals empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Cashless medical treatment of up to Rs. 5 lakh per annum is available to each beneficiary family in private empanelled hospitals.
